Once she started in the industry she realized that she flourished when working directly with the customer – rather than just on their vehicle – so she found a sweet spot as a service advisor. Now Hope has worked in the automotive industry for over 8 years. Her favorite part about her position at Markquart is that she really feels like she can help our customers by educating them on services, rather than just telling them what needs to be done.
In her spare time, you will almost always find Hope spending time with her 5 children or riding her horse diesel. When she pictures herself driving her dream vehicle, she says that it would definitely be a beautiful silver RAM 1500!
