Coming Spring 2021
On Monday, June 15th, community leaders, Markquart employees, and the Markquart family gathered to celebrate the official groundbreaking of the new Markquart Menomonie Location. We have been operating at our current location on Stout Street since 2018, with limited space and expansion opportunities. The new dealership will be approximately 30,000 square feet, feature a modern design, and offer state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.
The new building will be built by Market & Johnson and located on Oak Avenue West near the AmericInn Hotel and Fleet Farm. The construction is expected to take approximately 8 months to complete and be finished in the spring of 2021.
Amenities include:
- 15 service bays
- Premium waiting rooms that feature a refreshment station, kids play area, TV room, and pod workspaces
- Carwash for internal use on service customer’s vehicles
- Over 300 parking spaces
- New Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, & Fiat Vehicles
- And More!
