COVID-19 and Our Commitment to You

As we all work through this rapidly changing situation regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), it is extremely important that we keep you, our team members and other guests to our facilities safe. We have not had any type of exposure, and our goal is to minimize any health risks as much as possible. We have implemented the following precautionary measures to protect the health and wellbeing of everyone:
  •  Team members are to refrain from shaking hands
  • Complimentary foods are no longer being served in our guest lounges
  • All common areas are wiped and sanitized frequently throughout the day
  • Team Members are cleaning their work stations and waiting areas often
  • Team Members are using rubber gloves when handling vehicles and mail.
  • Any team member exhibiting fever, cough, or shortness of breath are being required to stay home.
Our sales and service departments remain open. If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle but are not comfortable coming into the dealership, email us at jhenchel@markquart.com. Our internet team is prepared to take videos, answer any questions, and even bring a vehicle to you. We continue to be here to provide outstanding service for all of your automotive needs. Mopar Service Advisor Matt Vanderhyde is a huge auto enthusiast and is excited to bring his expertise to the Markquart Menomonie team. His favorite part of being a service advisor is interacting with customers and working hard to ensure each vehicle is repaired right. Before joining our team, Matt spent three years in Civil Air Patrol as a part of the US Air Force, working on emergency search and rescue teams. Before moving to the area, he managed an auto shop for 5 years and is looking forward to bringing his expertise to our service team. For him, the best part of his job is interacting with customers. Outside of work, Austin enjoys watching and playing sports, and doing anything outside. Some of his favorite activities are hunting, camping, and riding side by side.
